| Prior to the setting of the Trust in 2000,
the first ideas for the setting up of a Museum devoted to the
history of London Bridge were masterminded by Peter Lennard,
historic architect while working on the renovation of the Hay's
Wharf area as London Bridge City, along with the developers,
St Martins Property Corporation Limited and the Engineers. Mott

The Trust's design team continues to be that
assembled for the earlier Feasibility Study stage and consists
of Connell Mott MacDonald, the Engineers and Services Specialists,
who were the original Engineers for London Bridge; Brennan &
Whalley, the Exhibition Designers; Bernard Williams & Associates
as Cost Consultants: and the Grant Leisure Group specialists
in Tourist Management. There are also a number of specialist
consultants, on History, Archaeology, Town Planning, Surveying,
Fund-Raising, IT, Graphic and Website Design etc.
